Terms & Conditions
- The Company (The Ultimate Balloon Company UK Limited) offers to supply the balloon(s) selected. All helium filled balloons will be secured to an appropriate weight with a ribbon. The balloon is dispatched in a box considered suitable for delivery by Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 . If an additional gift has been chosen this will also be dispatched with the balloon.
- All goods supplied by The Company remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
Your Order & Information
- Whilst The Company will make every effort to supply the balloon chosen by the customer, we reserve the right to substitute the chosen balloon with another of similar wording or meaning, if it is out of stock or no longer available. Additional Options such as chocolates and teddies may vary from those shown on the website but will be the same quality and weight.
- In the unlikely event that The Company are unable to process a Customer's order, we will in the first instance contact you by e-mail, for orders originating from this web site or by telephone for orders placed using the telephone or post. If The Company is unable to contact the customer by either of these methods, we will contact you by post.
- We cannot dispatch orders paid for by a cheque until the cheque has been cleared by The Company's bank. Therefore if you do wish to pay using this method, please ensure that your order is received by The Company at least ten days before the date you wish your order to arrive.
- By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been despatched we are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are providing are perishable.
- By submission of their order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises The Company to take payment for the product selected on the order form. Orders made using this web site will normally result in the customer's credit card being debited within 24 hours of the order being placed.
- The information given at the time of order must include a contact number either mobile or landline that we may contact you on, in case of any problems with the order, as well as a valid email address. Without this information we are unable to process your order.
- Please check that the information you supply is correct. The Company cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer, which results in delayed or failed deliveries.
- A contract between the customer and The Company will only be completed upon payment being accepted by Streamline. This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 3PM FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY - ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAY AND DURING THE WEEKEND CANNOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AT THE EARLIEST.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS PLACED AFTER ADVERTISED CUT-OFF TIMES WILL BE DISPATCHED THE NEXT WORKING DAY WHICH WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER ARRIVING AT LEAST ONE DAY LATER THAN YOU REQUESTED.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER A "SAME DAY DELIVERY" NOR CAN WE DELIVER ON A SUNDAY.
