Late Delivery Refunds
If a delivery attempt, has not been made for some reason on your chosen day. (excluding adverse weather, strikes, blockades or natural disasters) and delivery was by our Special Delivery before 1pm or Parcelforce 24 up to 5 pm. Balloon sales will only refund the delivery charge.
Deliveries to some remote parts of Scotland will take up to 2 or 3 days, please check the above postcodes for areas affected by this. Refunds for late delivery to these areas will only be issued if you the customer have given Balloon Sales enough time when placing your order.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Goods Refunds
If a item is damaged or missing from your order we will only replace it or refund you for the cost of the damaged or missing item only, and not for the cost of the whole order.
Lost orders must be reported to us within 3 days of the chosen delivery date. We will then look into the reasons with the couriers and keep you the customer informed of the situation until reaching a final decision of the outcome for the refund
Refunds for any other reason are given at the discretion of the management.
