1. How Do I Order:
Browse our catalogue,select a balloon and add a gift should you want to make the balloon extra special, then add them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping click on the order button, which will take to our 100% secure payment site. You will be asked a few basic questions that will enable us to fulfil your order, which will include your credit card details |

2. How do the goods arrive?
We send all our balloons by Next Day Courier Service. This means that the balloon will arrive before 5pm, Monday to Friday. A signature is required. |

3. Delivery Times
We cannot specify an exact time other than it will arrive before 5pm. If no-one is at home, then a card will be left so that the recipient can collect the box from their local delivery office. We cannot confirm delivery of balloons despatched to overseas addresses. |

4. Are My Credit Card Details Safe?

5. What size are the balloons and how long will they last?
The message balloons are approximately 18" in diameter and should float for around a week, depending upon the conditions they are kept in. |

6. When do I have to order?
To guarantee next day delivery, we require your order to be placed no later than 3.00pm GMT Monday to Thursday. On Fridays the next delivery date would be Monday. Likewise for orders placed Saturday & Sunday the next delivery date would be Tuesday. |

7. How do I know that you have sent it?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been processed. |

8. Order Queries.
If we have any problems with your order we will contact you by email, so please ensure that you have given us a valid email address and check it regularly. Alternatively if you let us have a daytime telephone number we will try and contact you by telephone. |
