Deliveries
- Orders received using our secure credit card payment facility will be sent by Royal Mail Special next day Delivery. And by Parcelforce 24 for large arrangements or larger balloons to arrive on the appropriate day. A Guaranteed date or next day delivery service will require a signature by Royal Mail or Parcelforce upon receipt.
- The Company will not accept a claim for a refund where an attempt by Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver has been made and the recipient has chosen not to immediately collect the parcel from their local sorting office.
- Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of The Company. Refunds cannot be given if the balloon is not passed on to the named recipient.
- The Company use high quality foil balloons and although we cannot guarantee how long the balloons will stay inflated, the average time is around 4-6 days, sometimes even longer. You should also bear in mind that Royal Mail & Parcelforce do transport some of its post by air within the UK and that this may result in loss of some helium from the balloon. Unfortunately The Company are unable to prevent this from happening
Please note that there are certain parts of Scotland, The Channel Islands & remote or hard to reach places, where delivery by the Royal Mail & Parcelforce takes 2 or 3 working days. Therefore are excluded from Next Day Delivery Guarantee. We also cannot make Saturday deliveries to these postcodes. Postcodes affected are listed below please check these prior to completing your order. If you are unsure if we can deliver your order on time or if you will incur a further delivery charge please call us to place your order. 01709 789333.

Please note that Royal Mail or Parcelforce suspend some services when they are involved in an industrial dispute, or their service is disrupted due to adverse weather conditions.
- Unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong. If you have cause to complain please email your complaint to us at sales@tubcl.co.uk with the relevant details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours, investigate your complaint thoroughly and give you a written reply within 7 working days. - This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All claims for delivery shortages or damages must be reported in writing to The Company within 3 days of the delivery. All packaging and contents of the parcel must be kept as they will need to be inspected as part of the claim procedure. Failure to keep these may result in a claim being rejected.
